    I found the writing style confusing, made it difficult to keep up with the story line ( although pretty early on you can figure out what the conclusion is going to be , it just made the journey to the end tiring). What was really a turn off for me was the absence of a single like-able character and the lack of development of the student characters.

    The Perfect Stranger is my first read by author, Megan Miranda. This is a story about secrets, lies, and past lives. I do love the author’s writing style. Megan Miranda is good at weaving a tale of suspenseful mystery. The cover art for this book was very cool. I felt the pace was good but throughout most of the book I was just confused. Maybe it was just me but I struggled to keep everything straight. I didn’t care for any of the characters which makes it hard for me to get into a story. Overall I thought the book was okay and I would read more written by the author. Three out of five stars for The Perfect Stranger!!! Thank you Megan Miranda, Simon & Schuster, and NetGalley for providing me with a digital copy of this book to read.

    I read this book in a day and a half. I could have read it in one sitting if I had the time. Truly good writing, with a story that I really didn't want to put down or end. I constantly closed my eyes and tried to see the characters and their surroundings. It was so good I wanted to be there! Thank you Ms Miranda! I can't wait for your next book! I also enjoyed All The Missing Girls! You're a talented story teller!

    Best I've read since Gone Girl. I love the way she writes...truly a wordsmith unlike so much contemporary fiction. I purposely slowed down my reading because I didn't want it to end. I actually took notes to be sure to follow the unfolding of the mystery along the way. One observation...setting is western PA where I live...it didn't capture that...but only I would notice or care.

    This book was so good I couldn't put it down. I loved it. Great suspense novel. Loved her other book All the Missing Girls too. Great read.
